Talkwyn runs inside your own WordPress install. Only public, published content is indexed. Chats and leads live in your own database, and messages go only to the AI provider you picked. You can turn logs off or have them deleted automatically after a set number of days.
The chat script is small, loads after your page, and talks to your server only when someone sends a message, so your pages stay fast.

Is Talkwyn a free WordPress chatbot?
Yes. The free plan includes the site scan, multilingual answers, lead capture, chat history and free AI providers, with no time limit. Pro adds paid AI models, smart search (meaning-based search), PDF and web page knowledge, analytics and an unanswered questions inbox, WooCommerce product cards and order lookup, Slack and Telegram lead alerts, proactive messages and business hours.
Do I need to pay for AI?
Not to get started. Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and Cloudflare Workers AI offer free tiers. Each provider sets and changes its own limits, which is why Talkwyn lets you add more than one.
Will it make up answers?
Talkwyn answers business questions only from your own content and shows the source pages. If the answer is not on your site, it says so plainly instead of guessing. When the visitor shows interest, it offers to have your team get in touch.
Does it work with WooCommerce and Elementor?
Yes. It reads WooCommerce product details such as price, stock status and attributes, and the content of your Elementor pages.
Will it slow down my WordPress site?
The chat script is small and loads after the page. It only contacts your server when a visitor sends a message.
What happens if I don’t renew Pro?
Talkwyn keeps working with the free features. Your chats and leads stay in your database. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
When will it launch?
