Talkwyn terms of service

Agreement and accounts

These terms are an agreement between you and [company], [address]. By creating an account, buying a license, or using the plugin, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Keep your account details and license keys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Licenses

A Pro license lets you use Pro features and receive updates on the number of production sites in your plan:

• Personal: 1 site.
• Business: 5 sites.
• Agency: unlimited sites, with white label and copied settings.

Staging and local sites never count toward the limit. You can move a license to a different site by deactivating the old one in Talkwyn’s settings or in your account.

Licenses are for your own sites or your clients’ sites. You may not resell or share license keys outside your plan.

Free trial

The trial gives you every Pro feature for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. At the end of the trial you can upgrade with the same key or keep using the free plan. One trial per email address and per website. When the trial ends, Pro features pause and the free plugin and all your data keep working.

Renewals, upgrades, and refunds

Licenses run for one year. We email you 30 days and 7 days before expiry with a one-click renewal link that includes the renewal discount. Licenses do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not renew, Talkwyn and your Pro features keep working. Only updates and support stop until you renew.

You can upgrade any time. You pay only the difference for the time left on your license and keep the same key.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, including upgrades and renewals. A full refund deactivates the licenses from that order. See the refund policy for details.

AI providers and your content

Talkwyn connects to the AI provider you choose. Your use of that provider is under its own terms and pricing, and its limits can change. We are not responsible for a provider’s availability, limits, or charges.

You are responsible for the content on your site and for how you use the chatbot, including telling your visitors about it in your own privacy policy. AI answers can be wrong; Talkwyn is designed to answer from your content and say when it does not know, but you should review how it answers on your site.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Talkwyn for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Do not try to bypass license checks or misuse our license server.
• Do not use the plugin to collect data from visitors without a lawful basis.

Updates, support, and availability

While your Pro license is active, you receive plugin updates and support by email through our contact form. The free plan receives updates through the normal WordPress update process. Support covers installing, setting up and using Talkwyn; we reply [reply time].

Some integrations are in development or planned. We describe their status honestly on our site, but we do not promise launch dates, and you should buy based on what is available today.

You can stop using Talkwyn at any time. Deleting the plugin does not delete your account on talkwyn.com; to close your account, contact us. We then delete your account data, except orders and invoices, which we keep as long as tax law requires.

Partner program

If you join Talkwyn Partners, the partner program terms also apply, including the rules on self-referrals, brand use, and paid ads.

Warranty, liability, changes, and law

Talkwyn is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Talkwyn in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
