An Arabic chatbot for your website that reads right to left

Talkwyn is an Arabic chatbot for your website. When a visitor writes in Arabic, it answers in Arabic, from your own pages, with the text flowing right to left in a font that stays clear on any phone. Your prices, phone numbers and product names stay exactly as you wrote them.

Arabic speaking visitors deserve an answer in Arabic

If you sell property in Dubai, run a clinic in Riyadh, or ship products across the Gulf, many of your visitors think and type in Arabic. When the chat window answers in English, some of them read it slowly, some copy it into a translator, and many simply leave.

Getting Arabic right is more than translation. The text must run right to left. Letters join differently, so a poor font makes words hard to read. And numbers inside a sentence need to stay correct, because a price that comes out wrong is worse than no answer.

What an Arabic chatbot for your website needs to do

Reply in Arabic automatically

Talkwyn detects Arabic in the visitor’s message and answers in Arabic. No language picker, no setup per language.

Right to left layout

Arabic replies display right to left inside the chat bubble, so sentences read naturally and punctuation lands where it should.

Readable Arabic fonts

The chat uses fonts that keep Arabic letters clear and well joined, even at small sizes on a phone.

Numbers and prices kept

AED 95,000 stays AED 95,000. Prices, phone numbers, emails and listing names are copied exactly from your site.

An Arabic AI chatbot conversation

A buyer asks about rentals, then about a viewing. The agency’s website is in English. The answers are in Arabic.

English translation

  1. Hello, do you have apartments for rent in Dubai Marina?
  2. Welcome! Yes, we currently have two two-bedroom apartments in Dubai Marina. The first is AED 95,000 a year and the second is AED 110,000 a year.
  3. Can I book a viewing for the second apartment on Saturday?
  4. Of course. Would you like a member of our team to contact you to confirm the Saturday viewing? Leave your name and phone number in the short form below.

This is an example conversation. Listings and prices are made up for the example. Real answers come from your own pages.

Where Arabic chat helps most

Real estate is one of the most common uses. Buyers and renters ask about areas, prices and viewing times at all hours, and they want answers in their own language. Our real estate chatbot page shows how listings and viewing requests work.

Clinics, schools, online stores and service businesses in the Gulf and across the Arab world see the same pattern. Talkwyn answers the routine questions in Arabic, and when a visitor is ready to book or buy, it asks if they would like your team to follow up.

Many of these customers also speak other languages. In Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Lebanon, French is common, so see the French chatbot. If you serve visitors from India too, see the Hindi chatbot. All of them run from the same multilingual chatbot.

Arabic chatbot questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, ask us directly and a person will reply.

Does my website need to be in Arabic?

No. Talkwyn can answer in Arabic from English content. If you have Arabic pages too, it uses them as well.

Does it understand different Arabic dialects?

Talkwyn passes the visitor’s message to the AI model you choose, so understanding of Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine phrasing depends on that model. Test a few real questions before you go live.

Will the chat window look right in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic replies display right to left with fonts chosen for readability. You can translate the welcome message and buttons with WPML or Polylang.

Will it change my prices or numbers?

No. Prices, phone numbers, emails and product or listing names are kept exactly as they appear on your site.

How do I add it to my site?

Talkwyn is live on WordPress today. Install our WordPress chatbot plugin, scan your site, add an AI key and turn it on.

Do I need a translated version of my website?

No. Talkwyn reads the pages you already have and answers in the visitor’s language. You may still want translated pages for search or legal text.

How good is the language quality?

It depends on the AI model you choose. Test the languages your customers use with real questions before you go live.

Do visitors have to pick a language?

No. Talkwyn detects the language of each message on its own and replies in the same language.

How does the free trial work?

You get every Pro feature for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. When the trial ends, upgrade with the same key or keep the free plan. Start the trial.

What happens when the answer is not on my site?

Talkwyn says it could not find that and offers to have your team follow up. It answers business questions only from your own content, so it never invents a price or a policy.
