Gyms, studios and trainers
A gym chatbot that turns questions into trial visits
Talkwyn is a gym chatbot for gyms, yoga and pilates studios, boxing clubs and personal trainers. It reads your website and answers visitors about memberships, class times, prices you list and trial passes, in their own language. When someone is ready to try a class, it takes their details and emails you.

Answers in your language
Do you have a free trial class?
Yes. New members get one free class. The membership page has the details.
When is the next beginner yoga class?
Beginner yoga runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
People decide to start at 11 pm on a Sunday
Someone has been thinking about joining a gym for weeks. Late on a Sunday evening, they finally visit your site. Is there a joining fee? Can I freeze my membership? Do you have classes for beginners? If they cannot find the answers quickly, the moment passes.
Your front desk and trainers are busy coaching, and the same questions arrive every day by phone, email and social messages. Each answer is already on your timetable or membership page.
A gym chatbot answers those questions while the motivation is fresh, and lets you follow up with people who are ready to try a class.

Is there a joining fee? Do you have classes for beginners?
There is no joining fee this season, and beginner classes run three evenings a week. The timetable page has the times.
Can I try a class first?
Yes. Leave your name and number and the front desk will book you in.
How Talkwyn helps your gym or studio
Knows your timetable
Class times, memberships, the prices you list, opening hours and trainer profiles come from your published pages, with source links.
Collects trial and intro requests
When a visitor asks to try a class or book a session with a trainer, it offers a short form. The lead is saved in WordPress and emailed to you.
Every member’s language
It replies in the language each visitor writes in, and switches when they switch.
Keeps up with changes
Update your timetable or prices and the index updates, so the chatbot uses the new schedule.
Honest when it does not know
If something is not on your site, it says so and offers to have your team follow up. It never invents a price or a policy.
Example: from a membership question to a trial class
A sample boxing and fitness club. The visitor asks about prices, mentions an injury, and books a trial. The injury question goes to a person.

How much is a monthly membership?
The monthly membership is listed at $59, with no joining fee this season.
Can I freeze it if I travel?
Yes. The membership terms say you can freeze it for up to two months a year.
I hurt my knee last year. Which workouts are safe for me?
I can’t give medical or training advice. A coach can talk it through with you at your first visit. Would you like to book a free trial class?
Yes, Saturday morning if possible.
Leave your name and phone number and the front desk will confirm a time.
This is an example conversation with a made-up club. Answers come from its own pages.
What to set up, and what to avoid
Fitness touches health, so set clear limits from the start.
- Publish your membership terms. Joining fees, freezes, cancellations and contract length are the questions people ask most.
- Keep the timetable on a page, as text. When it changes, edit the page and the index updates.
- Do not use the chatbot for medical, injury or diet advice. Test those questions and check that replies send people to a coach or a doctor.
- Ask visitors not to share health details in the chat. A trial request only needs a name and a way to reach them.
- Hide it on member login and payment pages with the hide-on-page setting.

Gym chatbot questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, ask us directly and a person will reply.
Can it book classes?
It collects trial and class requests through a short form in the chat and emails them to you. It does not connect to class booking systems.
Will it give workout or diet advice?
It is not built for that. Test health and injury questions before going live, and make sure replies send people to a coach or a doctor.
What happens when our timetable changes?
Edit the timetable page and the index updates. The chatbot always answers from what is published.
Can members ask in Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. It replies in the language of each message. Quality depends on the AI model you choose.
Is there a free trial?
Every Pro feature is free for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. After that you can upgrade with the same key or keep the free plan. Begin at the Talkwyn free trial page.
Does it answer when we are closed?
Yes. It answers from your pages at any hour, and saves any lead so your team can follow up when you open.
Does it replace my team?
No. It handles the routine questions your pages already answer, and hands interested visitors to your team.
What should I publish before I turn it on?
Clear pages for your services, prices, opening hours, service area and policies. Talkwyn can only answer from what you publish.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Install Talkwyn, paste a free AI key, click Scan my site, pick your color, avatar and welcome message, and turn it on. The setup guide walks through each step.
What happens when the answer is not on my site?
Talkwyn says it could not find that and offers to have your team follow up. It answers business questions only from your own content, so it never invents a price or a policy.
