Never goes silent
Free AI tiers are useful, but each provider sets its own limits and they change. Talkwyn lets you add more than one provider and switches automatically when one is busy. If every provider is busy, it still replies with the most relevant information from your site, so no visitor is left waiting.
Greetings and small talk are handled without using your AI quota, so your free tier goes further. On Pro you can add OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral and DeepSeek.
Setup takes about five minutes. Install the plugin, paste a free AI key, click “Scan my site”, pick your color, avatar and welcome message, and turn it on.
Design and placement
Pick a color, an avatar and a welcome message so the chat feels like part of your brand. Hide the chatbot on checkout, thank-you or any page where it would get in the way. Interface text can be translated with WPML and Polylang, so the welcome message matches each language version of your site. The chat script is small, loads after the page, and talks to your server only when someone sends a message.

How long does setup take?

How does the free trial work?

What happens when the answer is not on my site?
Talkwyn says it could not find that and offers to have your team follow up. It answers business questions only from your own content, so it never invents a price or a policy.
Where are chats and leads stored?
In your own website database. Messages go only to the AI provider you picked, and you can turn chat logs off or have them deleted after a number of days you choose. Read our privacy approach.
Do I need to pay for AI?
