Do I need a German version of my website?
No. Talkwyn reads your pages in the language they are written in and answers in German when the visitor writes in German. If you already have German pages, it uses them too.
Will it use “Sie” or “du”?
Replies are polite by default, which in German usually means “Sie”. The exact style comes from the AI model you choose, so test a few questions to check the tone fits your brand.
Where are chats and leads stored?
In your own WordPress database. Messages go only to the AI provider you picked, and logs can be turned off or deleted automatically after a set number of days.
Will it make up prices or policies?
No. Talkwyn answers business questions only from your website. If the answer is not there, it says so and offers to have your team follow up.
How do I add a German chatbot to my site?
