Where the Shopify app stands
Talkwyn is live today as a WordPress plugin. The Shopify app is in development, which means we are building it now. We do not give launch dates, because we would rather ship it right than ship it early.
What we can tell you is what it will do, because the core is the same engine that already answers visitors on WordPress and WooCommerce stores.

A Shopify ecommerce chatbot that will not make things up
Like the WordPress plugin, the Shopify app will answer business questions only from your own content and show the source. When the answer is not there, it will say so and offer to have your team follow up instead of inventing a price or a policy.

When will the Shopify app launch?
We are building it now and we do not promise dates. Waitlist members hear first.
Will it cost the same as the WordPress plugin?
We will publish Shopify pricing when the app is ready. Today’s plans are on the Talkwyn pricing page.
Will it support languages other than English?
Yes. It uses the same multilingual engine as the WordPress plugin, so it replies in the language each shopper writes in. Quality depends on the AI model chosen.
Can I try Talkwyn before the app is ready?
If you also run a WordPress site, yes. Install the WordPress chatbot plugin and see how it answers.
Can I ask for a platform that is not listed?
Yes. Tell us which platform you use. We build in the order people ask. Contact us.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Install Talkwyn, paste a free AI key, click Scan my site, pick your color, avatar and welcome message, and turn it on. The setup guide walks through each step.
How does the free trial work?
You get every Pro feature for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. When the trial ends, upgrade with the same key or keep the free plan. Start the trial.
What happens when the answer is not on my site?
Talkwyn says it could not find that and offers to have your team follow up. It answers business questions only from your own content, so it never invents a price or a policy.
Where are chats and leads stored?
In your own website database. Messages go only to the AI provider you picked, and you can turn chat logs off or have them deleted after a number of days you choose. Read our privacy approach.
Do I need to pay for AI?
Not to get started. Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter and Cloudflare Workers AI offer free tiers. Add more than one and Talkwyn switches automatically when one hits its limit. Pro adds OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral and DeepSeek. Choose an AI provider.
