Which platforms can I use Talkwyn on today?
WordPress, including sites built with WooCommerce and Elementor. Start with the WordPress chatbot plugin and you are live in about five minutes.
When will the Shopify app launch?
We are building it now and we do not give dates. Join the Shopify chatbot waitlist and we will email you the day it is ready.
Can I use Talkwyn on a site that is not WordPress?
Not yet. A chatbot for any website that works with one line of code is in development. Until then, WordPress is the only live option.
Does voting really change anything?
Yes. Planned integrations are built in the order people ask for them, and waitlist signups are how we count.
Can I ask for a platform that is not listed?

How long does setup take?

Is there a free plan?

How does the free trial work?
You get every Pro feature for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. When the trial ends, upgrade with the same key or keep the free plan. Start the trial.
What happens when the answer is not on my site?
Talkwyn says it could not find that and offers to have your team follow up. It answers business questions only from your own content, so it never invents a price or a policy.
Where are chats and leads stored?
In your own website database. Messages go only to the AI provider you picked, and you can turn chat logs off or have them deleted after a number of days you choose. Read our privacy approach.
