What your clients get
Your client gets a chatbot that reads their own website, including pages, posts, WooCommerce products, menus and Elementor content, and keeps up when they edit. It answers visitors in their own language, shows source links under each answer, and never invents a price or a policy. When it does not know, it says so and offers to connect the visitor with the client’s team.
Their leads arrive by email the moment a visitor fills the short form in the chat, and stay in their own WordPress database. Only public, published content is indexed. Drafts, users and passwords are never read, which makes the privacy conversation with your client a short one.

On WordPress, upload the Talkwyn ZIP under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. Paste a free AI key, then click “Scan my site”: it reads published pages, posts, WooCommerce products and Elementor content.

Use free keys from Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter or Cloudflare, or paid models with Pro. Add more than one for automatic fallback.

Pick the color, avatar and welcome message. Test on staging, which never counts toward your limit.

White label chatbot reseller or referral partner?
There are two ways to work with Talkwyn as an agency.
- Run it for your clients. Buy the Agency plan at $239 a year, install the white label chatbot on every client site, and include it in the services you sell. See Talkwyn pricing for all plans.
- Refer clients to their own license. If a client prefers to own their license, join the Talkwyn Partners referral program. You earn 20% on the paid plans you refer.
You can do both: the Agency plan for clients you look after, and referrals for clients who want to manage things themselves. Upgrades are simple too: pay the difference for the time left and keep the same key. If a license is not renewed, Talkwyn and its Pro features keep working; only updates and support stop.

What does white label mean here?
On the Agency plan the WordPress admin shows your logo and your menu name instead of Talkwyn, and the chat menu can link to your agency. The “Powered by Talkwyn” badge in the chat is off by default on every plan, so clients see only their own brand.
Do staging sites count toward my limit?
No. Staging and local sites never count, on any Pro plan.
Can each client see only their own leads?
Yes. Leads are saved in each client’s own WordPress site, so each client sees only their own leads. This works on every plan.
Which platforms does it work on?
Talkwyn is live as a WordPress plugin, with WooCommerce and Elementor support. A one-line embed for any website and a Shopify app are in development.
Is there a reseller program?
You can run Talkwyn on client sites with the Agency plan, or earn a commission by referring clients through the Talkwyn Partners referral program.
Can I try the Agency features first?

Can it take bookings?
It collects booking requests. When a visitor wants to book, Talkwyn offers a short form inside the chat and emails the request to you, so your team confirms the time.
Does it answer when we are closed?
Yes. It answers from your pages at any hour, and saves any lead so your team can follow up when you open.
Does it replace my team?
No. It handles the routine questions your pages already answer, and hands interested visitors to your team.
What should I publish before I turn it on?
Clear pages for your services, prices, opening hours, service area and policies. Talkwyn can only answer from what you publish.
