Home services
A chatbot for home services that books jobs while you work
Talkwyn is a chatbot for home services businesses: plumbers, electricians, cleaners, painters and repair teams. It reads your website and answers customers about the services you offer, the areas you cover, the prices you list and your hours. When someone wants a quote, it takes their details and emails you.

Answers in your language
Do you cover Riverside?
Yes. Riverside is on the list of areas served.
¿Cuánto cuesta revisar un calentador de agua?
Según nuestra página de precios, la visita de revisión cuesta $95. ¿Quiere que el equipo le llame?
You are on a ladder when the next customer calls
Most home service businesses run on a small team, and that team is out on jobs. While you fix a leak or rewire a kitchen, the phone rings and a website message waits. By the time you reply that evening, the customer has booked someone else.
Many of those messages ask things your site already says. Do you cover my area? Are you licensed? How much is a callout? Do you work weekends? You just cannot answer them all the moment they arrive.
What helps is a website that answers the easy questions the way you would, and tells you right away when a customer wants a quote.

How Talkwyn works as a chatbot for home services
Knows your services and areas
Services, service areas, the prices you list, hours and guarantees come from your published pages, with source links under each answer.
Sends quote requests to you
When a customer asks for a quote or a callback, it offers a short form inside the chat. You get the lead by email right away, with the question they asked.
Never invents a price
Every job is different. If a price is not on your site, it says so and offers to have you call back.
Speaks the customer’s language
It replies in the language each customer writes in, including Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and mixed messages.
Live in about five minutes
On WordPress, install from your dashboard, paste a free AI key, click “Scan my site”, pick a color, and turn it on.
Example: a quote request after hours
A sample electrician. The customer asks about a specific job, and the chatbot passes the price question to the owner instead of guessing.

Answers in your language
Do you install EV chargers?
Yes. EV charger installation is listed on the services page, for homes and small businesses.
How much would it cost for a detached garage?
The site does not list a fixed price for that, because it depends on the distance from your panel. Would you like the team to send you a quote?
Yes please. Are you licensed and insured?
The about page says the company is licensed and insured, and lists the license number. Leave your name and phone number and the owner will call you.
This is an example conversation with a made-up business. Answers come from its own pages. Notice that it did not make up a price.
What to set up, and what to avoid
Home repair involves water, gas and electricity, so a little care goes a long way.
- Publish an emergency page. Say what customers should do about a gas smell, a flood or sparking wires, including when to call emergency services. Talkwyn can then point people to it.
- Do not use the chatbot for repair or safety instructions. Test questions like “how do I fix this myself?” and check that replies send people to your team or your emergency page.
- List your service areas and hours clearly. These are the questions customers ask most.
- Publish starting prices only if you stand by them. The chatbot quotes what your pages say, and nothing else.
- Ask customers not to share door codes or alarm codes in the chat. A quote request only needs a name and a way to reach them.
Leads are saved in WordPress, emailed instantly, and can be exported as CSV.

Home services chatbot questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, ask us directly and a person will reply.
Will it give customers a price for a job?
Only if that price is on your site. Talkwyn never invents a price. When the answer depends on the job, it says so and offers to have you call back with a quote.
Will it tell people how to do repairs themselves?
It is not built for repair or safety advice. Publish a clear emergency page and test those questions before going live, so replies point people to your team.
How do I get the leads?
Each lead is saved in your WordPress dashboard and emailed to you right away. You can export them as CSV. WhatsApp lead alerts are in development.
My site is not on WordPress. Can I use it?
Talkwyn is live as a WordPress plugin today. A one-line embed for any website is in development. We do not promise launch dates.
Is there a free trial?
Every Pro feature is free for 15 days on one site. No credit card needed. After that you can upgrade with the same key or keep the free plan. Begin at the Talkwyn free trial page.
Can it take bookings?
It collects booking requests. When a visitor wants to book, Talkwyn offers a short form inside the chat and emails the request to you, so your team confirms the time.
Does it answer when we are closed?
Yes. It answers from your pages at any hour, and saves any lead so your team can follow up when you open.
Does it replace my team?
No. It handles the routine questions your pages already answer, and hands interested visitors to your team.
What should I publish before I turn it on?
Clear pages for your services, prices, opening hours, service area and policies. Talkwyn can only answer from what you publish.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. Install Talkwyn, paste a free AI key, click Scan my site, pick your color, avatar and welcome message, and turn it on. The setup guide walks through each step.
