Can I keep every reply in English?
Talkwyn replies in the language of each message. If a visitor writes in English, the reply is in English. If they switch to another language, the reply follows them, because that is usually what helps them most.

Yes. The AI model reads the meaning of the question, so short or imperfect English like “you ship to Dubai?” still gets a clear answer from your pages.
Does it work for US, UK and Australian English?

Will it make up prices or policies?
