No. Talkwyn reads your pages in the language they are written in and answers in Turkish when the visitor writes in Turkish. If you already have Turkish pages, it uses them too.
Is the Turkish natural?
The Turkish comes from the AI model you choose. Modern models write natural Turkish, and Pro adds paid models like OpenAI and Anthropic Claude if you want more choice. Test a few real questions before you go live.
Can a visitor mix Turkish and German?
Yes. Talkwyn checks every message and handles mixed messages that switch language mid-sentence, so each reply follows the visitor.
Will it make up prices or policies?
No. Talkwyn answers business questions only from your website. If the answer is not there, it says so and offers to have your team follow up.
