Do I need a French version of my website?
No. Talkwyn reads your pages in the language they are written in and answers in French when the visitor writes in French. If you already have French pages, it uses them too.
Will it use “vous” or “tu”?
Replies are polite by default, which in French usually means “vous”. The exact style comes from the AI model you choose, so test a few questions to make sure the tone fits your brand.
Does it understand Canadian or Belgian French?
Talkwyn passes the visitor’s message to your AI model, and modern models read regional French well. Test real questions from your own customers before you go live.
Will it make up prices or policies?
No. Talkwyn answers business questions only from your website. If the answer is not there, it says so and offers to have your team follow up.
